Report a security issue

Report a suspected vulnerability or security incident involving a Fluidra connected product. Provide only the information needed for an initial assessment.

Do not include passwords, access codes, payment information or sensitive personal data. If we need logs or evidence, we will arrange a secure transfer.

Privacy information

Providing your name or alias and email address is optional. Fluidra S.A. will process any personal data you choose to provide through this form to receive, assess, investigate, manage and document the reported security issue and, where you provide contact details, to communicate with you about the report.

The processing is based on Fluidra’s legitimate interest in protecting the security of its connected products, users and systems and, where applicable, on compliance with legal obligations.

Your data may be accessed by authorized Fluidra Group teams and service providers involved in managing the report and will be retained only for as long as necessary to handle and document it and to comply with applicable legal requirements.
